Being a hippopotamus within Taipei is a truly unusual experience. It's rather different from my native habitat in Africa, that's for sure! The weather here can be quite steamy, which means I need to spend lots of time cooling in the water. Taipei is a bustling city with lots of tourists, so I have to remain very out of their way. My favorite part about living here is the tasty fruits and check here vegetables that are quickly available at the market. Although, sometimes I do miss the spacious savannas of my homeland.
